INGREDIENTS

SERVING SIZE: 1

½ oz. thyme simple syrup
¼ cup blackberries
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
2 oz. gin
1 can Saratoga Collection® Sparkling Water – Untitled Berry No. 3
Fresh thyme to garnish

METHOD

For the thyme simple syrup, combine sugar and water over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add thyme sprigs and bring to a light simmer. Remove from heat and steep for 15 minutes. Set aside until completely cooled. Seal and store  in the refrigerator.

In a shaker, muddle blackberries. Add in thyme simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, gin, and ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass with ice and top with Saratoga Collection® Sparkling Water in Untitled Berry No. 3 flavor. Garnish with thyme.
