Abstraction of Lime Mojito

INGREDIENTS

SERVING SIZE: 1

6 fresh mint leaves, plus  extra for garnish 
1 sugar cube
 ¾ oz. simple syrup
 2 oz. white rum 
1 oz. fresh lime juice
 1 can Saratoga Collection® Sparkling Water - Abstraction  of Lime flavor

METHOD

In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the sugar cube until they are bruised and fragrant. Add the simple syrup, white rum, and lime juice. Add ice and shake well.  In a tall glass, add freshly torn mint leaves to the bottom,  then ice. Strain Mojito mixture into the glass and top with Saratoga Collection® Sparkling Water in Abstraction of  Lime flavor. Garnish with mint.
